When you first get your desktop, it normally start very fast. Then, you start to install various programs and suddenly it takes a very long time just to start the windows.
You uninstall one program which you may think the prime suspect that causing this, restart your desktop and the same problem still happen. Frustrated, you uninstall another program, restart your desktop and it still happen. You do it again and again until there is no program left to uninstall and finally your desktop startup smoothly.
